To perform agreements, the Website may share necessary data with third parties for the purpose of payment transactions (payment companies) and deliveries (carriers, courier companies, postal or courier service providers). In this case, the amount of data transferred is kept to a minimum.
In addition, data is processed for marketing and advertising purposes if the Ordering Party gives their consent (Newsletter subscription).

Providing the aforementioned data is voluntary; however, it is necessary in order to register or make purchases on the Website, within the scope of the online store. Consequently, failure to provide the data specified above during the registration process will prevent registration and, during the ordering process, it will prevent the order from being placed and processed. The Ordering Party’s failure to consent to the processing of their personal data for marketing and advertising purposes does not affect the possibility of registering or placing orders on the Website indicated above.
If the Ordering Party consents to subscribe to the Newsletter, the e-mail address as provided will be used for the Controller’s own marketing purposes. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time.
The provision of the aforementioned data is voluntary and requires the consent of the Ordering Party, and it becomes necessary only for the purposes as specified above.
